We offer kids services on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights during Groups when they are in session (February-May & September-December)!

Frequently Asked Questions
Babies: Once a child reaches 16 months, expect a volunteer to ask you about moving your child up to the Toddler Room.
Toddlers: When a child is 3 years old and potty trained they move into the Preschool Room.
Preschool: Your child will move up to the E-Zone which is our K-5th space, on "Step Up Day" which is a Sunday that we celebrate all the kids that are moving to new spaces (usually toward the end of the school year)!
Elementary: Your child moves from our elementary space to our Youth Ministry officially on "Step Up Day" which is a Sunday that we celebrate all the kids that are moving to new spaces (usually toward the end of the school year)! We also offer an event the last Sunday of every month called Shift 56 which is when your 5th grader has the opportunity to test the waters of Youth Ministry on a short term basis to allow them to know what to expect! Our Kids and Youth teams work together to make these events fun and an easy transition for the kids!
For the safety of your children we use a computer check-in system. All children need to be checked in using this system. Pickup Tags will print out a 4-digit code matching that of your child's name tag for you to keep and use for verification of your child at pick-up. A member of our First Impressions Team will take you through the whole process and walk you through the Kid's Wing after you're checked in and show you which rooms and Kids volunteers you'll be leaving your kiddos with!
As a church that values our kids Ministry and the kids in it, we put their safety at the top of our priority list! All of our Kids volunteers are extensively background checked and interviewed with our Next Steps Pastor and Kids Pastor!
Our Security Team is stationed at multiple locations throughout our Kids Wing to ensure your kids are safe the entire time they are in their classes!

Southridge Kids (K-5th Grade)
By the time a child moves to Middle School, we want them to know these three basic truths:
1. Wisdom – I can make the wise choice.
2. Faith – I can trust God no matter what.
3. Friendship – I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
